  • 3. Colorado Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)  – A Colorado public low-cost health insurance for certain children and pregnant women. Call: 800-221-3943
  • 4. Colorado Medicaid ⇑ – A public health insurance program that provides free or low-cost medical services for children and adults in Colorado with limited income and resources. Call: 800-221-3943
  • 5. Colorado Presumptive Eligibility (PE) Program   Provides pregnant women and children under 19 with temporary Medicaid or CHP+ medical coverage right away. Call800-221-3943
  • 6. Colorado Aid to the Needy Disabled and Aid to the Blind (AND-SO)  – Cash assistance benefits to low-income Colorado residents with total disability or persons under 59 who meet the definition of blindness. Call: Local County of Human Services
  • 7. Colorado Old Age Pension (OAP)  – Provides a cash benefit to low-income Colorado persons aged 60 or over and may include medical assistance. CallLocal County of Human Services
